 The 1st ASEAN Cholangiocarcinoma Conference 2018: Move to mastery and cure day 2 Friday November 09, 2018, Roi Et Hospital, Roi Et Thailand. There was a live liver resection case study via video conference led by Dr. Narong Khuntikeo, MD., the Cholangiocarcinoma Research Institute, Khon Kaen University and Dr. Rawisak Chanwat, MD., National Cancer Institute of Thailand, Bangkok. The surgery was performed by CCA specialist Dr. Attapol Titapun MD., Khon Kaen University Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen


As the surgery was being performed, attendees including medical doctors and medical personnel from Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Myanmar, Lao PDR, and Cambodia were able to observe the surgical approach and techniques in real-time. The conference has been a great opportunity to exchange knowledge and develop alliances with leading CCA specialists from represented countries.

The two days have been a great success that brings a lot of "Hope For The Future" for combating CCA
